(NASDAQ:CBEY), a leading IP-based managed services provider to small businesses, today announced that it intends to vigorously defend the Company and it's Chairman against a class action lawsuit that the Company believes is meritless. The lawsuit, which was filed on May 6, 2008 against the Company and the company's chairman and chief executive officer, James F. Geiger, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, alleges that the Company violated certain United States securities laws by understating customer churn between November 1, 2007 and February 21, 2008.
